2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Obligations of Sonerbascifci:

• To perform the services with professionalism and diligence, in accordance with applicable legislation.
• To maintain the confidentiality of all information received from the client.
• To provide recommendations based on expertise and current information.

Obligations of the Client:

• To provide complete, accurate, and timely information necessary for the provision of services.
• To pay the agreed fees according to the issued invoices.
• To make final decisions in their own name, based on the consultation received.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our services are advisory in nature. Sonerbascifci does not assume liability for the final commercial or financial decisions made by the client or for the results arising from these decisions. Our liability is limited to the value of the services invoiced for the specific case. We are not liable for losses resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client, subsequent legislative changes, or force majeure.

4. Financial Terms and Termination

Fees are established by proposal or contract and are invoiced according to the agreed schedule. Any refund request is analyzed based on the stage of service provision.

Either party may terminate the collaboration by written notice. The client remains obligated to pay for services rendered up to the termination date.

5. Modification of Terms and Contact

These terms may be revised periodically. The updated version will be published on the website. Continued use of the services after publication constitutes your acceptance.
